Finally got around to putting it together, with a Saito 72 and a 13x4w APC it does some great sport flying but needs more surface for 3D. The covering was great and is definitely a deal compared to the Kyosho kit but don't try to get a spare cowling for it as GP has no idea of when any parts in general would be available so careful cutting on that cowl or you may be stuck with your mistakes. I will probably retire it after a gallon or so to try something else or put it on the pylon course as it likes to fly fast and does not show any signs of flutter or instability at high speeds.

    Hi All,

I have finished my Sukhoi and thought that you might like to see some pics. I installed a Saito 72 with the Elevator and Rudder Servos in the fuselage and stiill had to add some lead to the tail for it to balance at the recommended CG. I would like to hear if others have had to do likewise.

Here are some pics of the Engine Install:

Looking good. Was cutting those vents nerve wracking or what? hehehe I know it was for me. I only did the bottom row for now. What did you do to reinforce the fuse for the servo's you mounted and how far back did you mount them?

Here are some pics of how I mounted the electronics in the fuse. Notice that I have the battery mounted as far back as possible in the fuse, under the wing.

Sorry for the confusion of previous pic showing electronics install in the first photo. Here is the engine install pic without the cowl on.
