Status: offline 		Got a Losi LST XXL with the DX3s radio set, when I turn it on it shows CAL VR in the top right corner, and STC on the left side a couple of lines down. No buttons work except the Timer button, which results in same message but after the STC it says 518 OK, then on the next line it says STL. Pushing it again results in the same plus it says at the bottom ERROR:, then on the last line RESET3.2. Any ideas? It is not under warranty, so sending it in to Spektrum is out of the question....

Any ideas? I can't find any master reset in the manual and it isn't even bound to the receiver yet.

Status: offline 		Well, I bit the bullet and shipped it to Spektrum for repair. They had gotten back to my email stating that it had lost its programming and was easily fixed but only if I shipped it in- no home repair possible. Their repair cost is reasonable - $30/hr, minimum charge a half hour. So here's fingers crossed....

Status: offline 		Not too impressed.... when I contacted them, it was "send it in and we can easily fix it" but now that they have it, it's 13 day wait until they fix it. I live in frikkin Winnipeg - 13 days is the total snow free season for me! Ok, I exaggerate but if they have a 2 week wait they should have said so.

I reserve judgement until they actually fix and charge me to fix their defective radio but so far Horizon Hobbies gets "thumbs down" from me....

Status: offline 		Ok, time for a crow sandwich.

Took a look at status on my radio this morning, found it had been assigned at 8am, fixed before 9 and ready for shipping back by 9:20. I called them to get the repair invoice so I could pay up and get shipped back, they told me no charge and they pay the return shipping too! So the only thing I'm out is the shipping there and the time for repair- hard to stomache but understandable. Spektrum truly knows the meaning of customer support!

I can't wait to get it Back! Of course, now I am at the whim of UPS.... ACK!
