Boo2 -> Aftermarket venturi for YS 170 ? (8/27/2011 4:25 PM) I've just seen these aftermarket venruris for YS 170 engines (item number 110730097334) if the link doesn't work) and I wondered what the point is ? The blurb says "To improve the stability of the engine", but what does that mean, really ? Boo

apereira -> RE: Aftermarket venturi for YS 170 ? (8/28/2011 1:57 AM) The Venturi actually was used to straighten the throttle curve on the 160, the 170 is almost flat, and 170CDi is completly flat. In my opinnion it is not needed, I actually have two sitting on my shelves, and it takes about 200RPM out if I recall correctly. Really, don't waste your money on it. Best regards Alejandro P.
