Ok I got a few question i am trading for a few spads just to see ho w the damn things are built hehe and well I want to know whats the best way to cut the coroplast i can cut it down the open areas but when i try to cut across it i get it all ****ed up yea my mouth haha come get me admins :P but no how would i cut it or what do i cut it with I am using my hobbie knife and it sucks

use a box cutter or a ulility knife and a straight edge. It works good for me. go to home depot and get some snap blade utility knives.

When you cut at an angle less than 90 to the flutes, make sure that you use a straight edge and cut "against" the flutes so that the flutes push your blade into the straight edge and not away from it.

I use a steel straight edge, clamped to my table. I cut with a utility knife. Makes perfect cuts every time.
