I'm wondering if anyone has found any dogbones to work on their EPX Pro's that aren't the specific Redcat ones.
I noticed that many other RC manufacturers use the 90mm dogbones, but they may vary in diameter. Does anyone happen to have the diameter of the redcat dogbone?

My main issue is that there is only one redcat dealer in my city and it's a solid 35min drive from my home. They also never seem to have the dogbones in stock. Whereas there is a HUGE Traxis, ONFA, Team Associated, Losi dealer only 4 miles from me.

And what is this I hear about "gapping?" What's the best way to go about doing this and why would I want to?

Final Question:  One of my wheels feels like there is a lot of "play." There is a slight wobble as opposed to the other wheels..any easy fix on this?

Thanks all!

wheel play: that could be a bad bearing, or a worn bearing hub.

you can use nitro fuel tubing in the drive cups to cusion the dogbones and limit the play they have.

redcat also has CVD's. these wont bind and are less likely to break.

FWIW, I wasn't too impressed with the CVDs. For the cost I'd rather buy a handful of dogbones.

I ended up purchasing the CVD's but I also used the fule tubing in the drive cups, great fix! The wheels are tighter than ever, no play what-so-ever.
Thanks for all the advice guys.
