Status: offline 		so, i bought a nitro RC off of nitrorcx.com, purely becuase it was only 120$ and i wanted something cheap for my first nitro so if i screw it up meh it's only 120. AAAANNNYYYWAAAAAYYYY the box got here last night, i open it up and i'm just speechless and angry at the same time.  what i ordered was a blue, nitro buggy with 2.4ghz system. the box that i opened contained a red, electric MT with an AM system....

what baffles me the most is that the glow igniter i ordered with it came inside the box for the rc underneath one of the tires. which means the person packing my order had to pull out this red electric MT to put my nitro glow igniter under it, and it didn't strike them as odd that i was A getting a red MT instead of a blue buggy, or that i was buying an igniter for an electric car. i only mention the color because that just further proves that they weren't paying attention at all.

before all you bash nitrorcx and exceed meh w/e this is simply a thread to show how someone can make a very big mistake while packing boxes. i'm sure the fellow that packed mine also had to pack the rc i got and ship it to someone else.

like i said before, i bought it because of the amazingly cheap price, yes i expected poor customer service i've bought exceed RCs from them before.

Status: offline 		It happens. Your order probably got crossed with someone elses, then the ticket was sent to the warehouse so someone could pull the stock. The stoner working in the warehouse didn't know what your order was supposed to be, he was just following the ticket sent to him from billing.

ordered a CF digital camera(I only had CF cards) got a SD Digital camera in the box, called them up, and told them I ordered a CF digital camera, and they sent me a CF digital camera, and a return slip for the other. Returned it, and 2 weeks later got 2 different box's from them each with a SD digital camera...
I gave up at that point and sold the 2 extras to come in with making money off the transaction

Status: offline 		i'm hoping mine turns out something like that. something along the lines of keep it and we will send you the right one. but then i know it won't happen lol. It's kind of a piss off that now i'm going to have to spend more money to ship their mistake back, and wait even longer to have my RC

Status: offline 		I had a similar experience with them as well I ordered an exceed forza Nitro buggy they shipped an electric with the glow stick starter pack. It took days getting through on the phone to get the order corrected and the electric one they sent was DOA. I still commend them for good customer service because after two runs with the Nitro forza the flywheel broke I emailed them photos so I could get replacement parts and they shipped a new one out to me.
