LB...I'm sure you already know this....but I'm still going to throw this out. The average life span of blue jeans against asphalt at 25 miles per hour is about 1 inch....

And you will end up traveling more than 1 inch while rubbing asphalt..... ....even at just 25 mph.

I always at least wear a jacket.. (that has armor at shoulder and elbows)

I should get some better pants, though.. for street riding, I have been just wearing jeans..

Yeah, I will get something better for street..

I still have my 1-piece leather but it wouldn't be practical to wear that all the time, especially on the street.. !

My uncle got pulled over in Mass cause the cop said his plate was "vibrating too much, and he couldnt read it" so almost ran him over in the process. My uncle uses ear plugs when he rides and the cop was using the loud speaker to try to get him to pull over.

Maybe you need to move to a part of town that has more problems.. then the cops won't have time to hassle you?

If you stall it 3x at take off, you are probably not ready for the bike yet.. very predictable result..

lmao... I took it super easy my first time out on a quad so I didn't end up embedded in a tree.

Would love to have a bike though, but drivers around here are too crazy. I'll stick to the trails.

Hey LB, how about a quad for your next purchase?

Im not going to brag on my bike skills but..... I know better than that. Lol I would of at least tried a parking lot first.

Usually when I ride I have a jacket, helmet and boots. Honestly that video made my day. I knew there was a reason why I started off on a 250..

Exactly. My first time out on the quad, it was insanely hot. Very humid too. Now, riding in shorts and a t-shirt would have been a lot cooler, but even as a new rider I knew better. Since I didn't have the proper atv attire, I made do with gardening gloves, a zip up hoodie, and heavy denim jeans. No boots, but I did have skate shoes which are a little bit more durable than ordinary shoes. (Helmet and goggles go without saying.)

I forget the engine size of that quad, but it was a very forgiving Polaris with an automatic transmission. My biggest enemy that day was section 204.

My plate vibrates, but it isn't from the engine or exhaust.

"speakerbox vibrate the tag, make it sound like aluminum cans in a bag"

I only got to see pieces of the end of that game. Wow, Calvin Johnson is an animal. Megatron indeed.

It was quite an amazing come-back for the Lions down by over 20 points to win the game. You could just see Dallas slowly coming apart at the seams. Having said that...it was pretty much thanks to the Lions' defense that turned the game around for them.

True, the D made it happen when they had to. Although Megatron catching a TD over 3 defenders was pretty impressive too.

The F350 was delivered and right away I can tell that the tranny is no good so that will be in need of a rebuild and a cleaning, I might as well do the diffs too....

I don't watch football or sports in general, but the Lions are actually doing good this year. Tigers as well, or so I hear.
