Tom,
Will the folks who make deposits now be "fast-forwarded" on the "want to buy" list in receiving an airplane? It was my understanding that folks would be called when you are advised the first batch is shipping. We then would have an opportunity to issue credit card deposit or payment. Please just clear that up a little.
Thanks,
Jerry

Airplanes will be shipped in the order that they are paid for, so people giving credit cards/deposits now will get their planes first.

The list of "I want one" people will guarantee a price, but not a date. So if you definitely want one and want it asap, get a deposit down. Most people don't care about a difference of a couple weeks or a month, but a few do.

Tom,
How close are you to having the first shipment of EDGE's sold out? I'm on the list but have not put a down payment on a plane. With the "stir" that this new plane has created I believe the demand could be really good. I'm sure you are hoping for that anyway.
I'll make it a point to look you up at the Tucson Shootout.

To answer your question, I'm getting reservations at a rate that will have the first batch all sold by the time they get here, if it continues this way. It's about half gone right now and I haven't run an ad yet.

I've been calling in the last couple of days, trying to give you my credit card number for a deposit on one of these, but from the sound of it, you guys are getting WAY to much flying in he he, or did Isabel reach far enough to screw things up for you?

Just put my order in....how would a regular Quadra 52 do in the Edge Tom?Maybe go with a C&H ignition on it? Or just wait for the new ZDZ 50.I'm not looking for unlimited performance, just a good entry level IMAC plane...Steve

I don't know much about the Quadra engines, I suppose that it will work ok if it's no heavier than a G62. I do suggest an electronic ignition on any engine.

I expect the new ZDZ-50 to give excellent performance.

BTW I must apologize to a lot of people who could not call me. I was traveling for 2 weeks and I forgot to change the message on my answering machine.

Making matters worse I was staying in a place where cell service was non-existent.

I'm back now, and accepting orders and deposits. FYI if orders continue as they have been for the Edge the first shipment will be sold out before it arrives, so I suggest that if you really want one call us and put down a deposit.

An alternate method would be to download the order form from our web site download section, print it, and fax or mail it in with a $100 deposit.

Shipping to Ga is in the $35 range. It ranges from $30 to $40 for the whole US.

I guess that y'all finally convinced me to go with the C&H. I was going to forgo it as in the past I have been starting all my Zenoah's by hand, but as I am getting a little older and slower I went ahead and got a Dynotron starter. The C&H means that I still wont need it till I cant start the G23's by hand.

For those not sure, the C&H for the G-62 is also with a lightened flywheel that will let you throttle manage much easier and more precise.

Life is good and flying is great
