I'm wanting to get back into soaring. I picked up an Airtronics Legend fuse and will start to build wings and tail for it soon but I'm going to get impatient. I've looked in the buy and sell section here on RCU but not much there. Is there a good place to go to buy second hand sailplanes? I'm looking for full house, glass fuse foam wing. Anything simular to the old Falcon 880.

Try RC Groups classifieds
http://www.rcgroups.com/aircraft-sailplanes-fs-w-100/

Also ebay

Thanks for the suggestions. I have been checking both. Seems Rc Groups has alot of all molded jobs that people are very proud of " High prices " or basic sailplanes. It seems the market is empty between Foam gliders and the molded jobs. I did miss out on a Mueller Comet on E bay. Sold for less then 200 with servos.

I strongly recommend moving to a different plane (I have the legend). It is very heavy compared to modern planes both in the wing design as well as the fuse (fiberglass with T-tail). It does fly well, but it is a LOT of work to build.  Consequently, I would suggest a more current pod/boom, lightweight design with more current airfoil and 2/3rds the wing loading.

Well, I sold off the Legend fuse due to not really wanting to build before I could fly. Picked up a slightly worn Synergy 91. Going through it now and should be flying in a couple weeks. I've seen some of the newer offerings and just thought them too limiting. My goal was to get soething that can be thermaled, has good legs and speed potential too.
