Hi guys

Can any of the BVM experts out there help me with the specifications of the Hot ORing Seal, part numer 5741, that was used in the BVM 82 engine (not the 91 or 96).
I need the width, inside and outside diameter so that I can order them at McMaster.

Regards
Eduardo

The good old days of DF, used many myself. can't help you with the size but make sure you get Viton, not rubber or silicone. Viton holds up to the heat better

For my BVM 91's I used number 115 o-rings. I had a BVM 82 years ago and am pretty sure it took the same size.

A #115 is 11/16" ID, 7/8" OD, and 3/32"W. Like rcand said make sure you get Viton.

Joe
