Anyone ever heard of a heli called an ARK?

I saw one on Ebay in the 500 class and put a 100.00 bid on it without thinking. "Then" I went looking for the brand and couldn't really find out much about it. I honestly thought I'd be out bid on it but I still haven't.
Does anyone out there in heli land know anything about it? I thought maybe I could switch the parts over to an EXI bare bones kit later if worst comes to worst.
Thanks,
Bryan

You may get a good deal if the bidding doesn't go much higher... Check this out   http://www.xheli.com/ark-x500-3d-helicopter.html

If the bidding goes any higher I'll just let it go. I saw that at Xheli , but I don't think I can get replacements parts for the bird unless I do buy a whole bare bones kit.

That is if I end up as the winning bidder.

Ehh what the heck...lets see what happens. Thanks for your reply.

Let`s say for one reason or another you don`t want to pay for the item once won.
Why don`t you ask the seller to cancel the bidding and maybe he will.
In the worst case ask for canceling the trasaction but pay any expenses (ebay list fee, etc) and some more for the trouble.

ARK have been around for a while- their 325mm heli was sold for a long time as the MX 450 by Tower Hobbies. They were decent helis, but not updated with time so went by the wayside. I was moderately interested a couple years ago when this heli was introduced, but as ARK's US footprint was all but gone I decided against it.
