I was told just now via PM that

"I have over 130 RC Planes including 14 Turbine jets. So it is quite simple I know rather more than you my little friend."

Granted he's from the other side of the pond and i know things seam to work vastly different there then they do on this side, but i would still think experience came from bending the sticks, not buying models.........what say you folks? does Dennis's 4 yrs flying turbines make him the all mighty because he's got 130 airframes?????

It makes him an a$$hole that has more money than sense. I guess that's what people that are waste of sperm have to do when they have no life. This might be my last post after this comment but somebody had to say it.

I don't think the poll is working correctly, I can't get a prod on it.

When Dennis talks, modelers from around the globe listen.

Lil' Raisins

I think he taught Ali how to fly.

Who dennis? I don't think money makes you a good stick, everyone is different and some people despite the mass amounts of money never get as good as some. I have seen 1 to 2 year fliers better than 25+ year fliers.

Should we make a poll on how long this thread lasts before it gets killed.

What does money have to do with it? My son has exactly ZERO dollars in his bandit but I bet a paycheck he will SMOKE your ego inflated friend. Oh and he has only been flying jets 5 years....

I remember Curtis Youngblood telling someone once when asked what upgrade they could buy to help them fly better....he told them to take that upgrade money and buy a case of fuel, there is no subsitute for stick time....

Experience or not, this man obviously has no fashion sense. I wouldn't be caught dead carrying that bag with that ensemble!

That is a quote from a 14 year old girl. Having a big check book, and deep pockets have nothing to do with experiance. I've been flying and doing "Hobby Grade" RC for +30 years now, and I've worked in Hobby shops most of my young adult life, so I know the industry, and most of the companies out there... but I don't come into the Jet section and try to act like "I'm the man" when I've only been flying them for a month, an only owned one engine over the past year.

OK... with that said, I don't know who said it, and if they have true expertise or not... but experience comes from years in the hobby, and a lot of fuel burnt.
