Hi! everyone!, i am new in this and i have not flown yet. i want your suggestions on whether i should get a gws tiger moth or a kolibri. kolibri is the indoor flyer made up of carbon fiber rods and it's wing is curved up wards. i also have CAD plans on some biplanes about 30" wing span which is powered by speed 280.i would like the building process to be fast so that i can start flying. if you have any better plans for beginners that are free on the net, please inform me. thank you!

Depends on what you want. If you want an indoor flyer build the Kobri, if you want a versitile slow outdoor flyer go with a tigermoth...
If you have no flight experience, go with the tigermoth and fly it outside for a while...
