Flew my Raptor 30 v1 on Saturday without problem. On Sunday, I wanted to start it up to check my throttle geometry, but it would not turn over. I checked for flooding, and removed back-plate of engine (tt 39) and found nothing suspect. I removed clutch bell and starter shaft appears to rotate in one direction and not the other (hence one-way).

The best way to describe the symptoms is that the clutch is engaged. That is, turning the starter shaft for engine start also turns the blades.

What's going on, and what needs to be replaced. Thanks.

Most likely cause is that it spit the fan, then fan rode up and is hitting the bottom of the clutch bell.
