WANTED/ SEA CRUISER KIT

I'm looking for Midwest Sea Cruiser Kit. Willing to trade for a brand new Topflight 1/7th scale P-40 Warhawk kit in excellent condition. Also willing to purchase at a reasonable price.

Correction: I'm looking for a Hanger Designs Sea Cruiser

Hanger designs made the sea cruiser, not Midwest.
Alas, the last ever production run was last spring.

Good luck finding one.
It's a fabulous plane.
BTW: THere's a .20 size and a .40 size. Both fly well and as expected, the .20 is dartier.

Right you are. I guess I had a brain fart. Thank you for the correction.

I find that I also suffer frequently from the effects of cranial flatulence.

I still hope you stumble onto a SC kit.

I built my sea cruiser about 4 years ago and never got around to installing the radio. Last winter I flew it off snow and this last weekend I flew it off water. It was a lot of fun to fly. I had a Saito .50 and ended up putting all the radio gear under the wing since the Servos in the front had the cg too forward. I am a little supprised that it doesn't land as slow as I expected but still fun. I will send you the plans to copy but you must return then to me when you are done. Or I can do the copy if you will pay. I expect around $20-30.

I've never built one myself, but everything I've heard about them has been good. They look great to boot. I figured, you never know what may be sitting around someones someday bench.
" The only sure thing about fishing is you won't catch a thing without a line in the water." Do you have any pics of your Sea Cruiser?
