Thanks for the replies! @pkoury: I know of no place around me like that. And even then, I'd be a little hesitant about plunking down 112 A123 cells in front of someone who has not had specific experience working with these cells. I'll dig around town here for a place, but they'd really have to impress me. @Capt Lou: Actually, I already called them and they said the pack is larger than they handle. They do offer a discount when ordering that many cells, but it's the proper assembly that I need as well. I guess I might have to trawl through the Endless Sphere forum to see what I can find on this (it's for an ebike BTW). Most people use Ping or Headway batteries, but I'd really like to have the reliability, durability, tolerance, and cycle life of A123s. Or I might just look at those 20Ah prismatic A123 cells, would only need a 16s1p pack. Assembly should be easier, but still needs to be done right to avoid damage.
