I had ordered $1000.00 worth of parts from Chief Aircraft and all seemed well. I gave them a week to get my order shipped (more than enough time), but I didn't receive any confirmation. So I called, and was told sorry hasn't shipped yet, don't know why.... (idiots!). Gave them a few more days, called them back, and I was told that it shipped, but I still had no e-mail confirmation. Called back a couple days later, and after sitting on hold for 20 minutes was told that no, it hasn't shipped yet.... (idiots!) A couple more days go by, I call back, and they tell me I have to sign a wavier before they can ship as I'm in Canada....****!?!?! Almost ALL of my stuff comes from the U.S. and I have NEVER had to sign a wavier to ship something. Not being comfortable with the whole wavier idea, I said cancel the order and refund my credit card. Seeing that the parcel hadn't shipped yet, that wasn't a problem, and that they would refund my card immediately. I gave them a few days to refund my CC, but nothing. I had to call back 5 Freakin' Times to get them to refund my card!!! And they never did refund my card in full. I was charged twice for shipping, and was only refunded one shipping charge. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I for one, will never, ever, ever deal with thief aircraft again!!

IDIOTS!!!!!

Seems he has brought this childish rant over here from FG. You can see their response over there. Too bad he has nothing better to do.

Slinging the mud baby.....weeeeee.

And you so easily dismiss the several others, who even among the fan boy bashing on fg, that have stated their bad experiences with chief, and admittance that they will no longer deal with thief aircraft.

As I've said, I'm not the only one to have had issues with chief.

I will link to the actual post.

post http://www.****/forums/showpost.php?p=1611665&postcount=109

If you want the real story, read this... CA has dates,  whereas the OP says its 3 weeks, it  all started and refunded in 5 1/2 days...

CA imo , has gone above and beyond their selves here and I do not see any case for the OP to be ranting.

Not sure where that copy/paste came from, but Mr. Coleman sure gives a much more professional response than whoever that knucklehead is who's speak for them on FG

I deal with folks in Canada and they know what carrier to deal with and what paperwork is involved when buying things in the states and what they are looking at paying in duty fees. Sounds like this buyer never made this size purchase before and didn't know what to expect. Not the sellers fault.

But he was quick to slam without any thought. He has spewed this inaccuracy all over the various forums, but seems to have been found out. I understand that Chief is a huge business and mistakes will be made, but folks need to learn this and when they spew to atleast have facts in order.

My pals have had great service at Chief, both RC and full-scale. I haven't had the need yet, but will have no qualms ordering from them.

Lol owned, indeed . Oh, and it's spelled 'waiver'.
