Status: offline 		I have a jammin scrt10 with a sidewinder sport esc 3800kv four poll motor. This is where i need your thoughts, I'm looking at buying a mmp with a tekin sc4x 5.5 or a viper copper head not to sure which motor yet. Anyone out there have any experience with ant of those in a jammin or ofna? or any advice at all? thanks to all

Status: offline 		Spend the extra $60 and get an RX8 instead of the MMP. The 1410 is a great motor...keep it.

Status: offline 		Right. The SC4X isn't that great, and no better than the 1410 you already have. The only real upgrade from the 1410 is the Tekin Pro4 motor.

Status: offline 		I like the MMPs, I'm running an MMP in my SCRT-10 with the same motor, and it's good as gold. What is your reason for changing the ESC and motor in this truck anyway? The combo you have is fine, I've even seen people ripping it up on 3s with that combo.

Status: offline 		Since I've owned all the items you're asking about including the Jammin and also a Nexx10SC I'll offer my opinion.

Keep your 1410, it's stronger than the Tekin SC4X (I had the 4.5). You're talking about going from a 4 pole to a 2 pole motor. 

ESC wise, I really like the MMP other than the weak internal BEC. I was able to fix my glitchy servo issue by adding a Spektrum cap to my receiver, but many prefer to go with the external BEC.

With that being said, I will be buying one of the Viper Coppperhead R45 combos when they come out...haven't used it, but it sure looks good especially for $150.
