Guys,

I've been thinking about a F-20 as the future project and trying to collect as much information as possible about the models available in the market. I found at least two, the Skymaster and the Jet Legend. This last one seems to be a bit large (wingspan) than the other.
Can somebody else inform differences about flying characteristics?
Would someone has good flying with a Wren 100 turbine?

Regards,

Mucio Viana

Seems, but do you wanna bet your $7000 on it? I would go with the skymaster if I were you. I have seen these fly personally and they rip!! The JetLegend problem could have been fixed and you can check by doing the calculations but you still dont know what is inside the stabs.

to be honest i never had own or seen the skymaster t38 ... i would say that the rear crossbar is the turbine it self.As for the frond wing formers if i where you i would just make one...better safe than sorry?

I have JL L39 F20 and T45 and had no issues with any of them they are still all alive I did lose another F4 of an other well known manufacturer due to a problem with a stab but was compensated for a bit of it all I can say it can happen with any of them ,I would not believe every thing I read there is plenty of JL F 20 out there that are flying well
just my opinion

cheers

Andy

The issue has been fixed - it's well known now. They produced a modified stab (correct MAC and different construction).
Nice jet actually...

Happy Christmas

Jeff
