Thanks Dox,
A buddy told me today I have to be comfortable in my sexuality to build and fly it this color.
I just laughed and pulled the iron out..............

Same color as a Dirty Bird I did a few years ago.
Shows up good in any weather.
We get alot of overcast in Iowa.

I got to see it, I'm old............plus it will be a missile........

OK I need some input.

I haven't put the black pin stripes on the tail yet so imagine those.

This is either time to go with it or tear it off and go another way.

Yes or no?

Well,

How's the sexuality these days Dave...?

I'd go with the scheme for the wings and then throw in a splash of yellow on the fuse. Yellow is cool on bipes!

LOL Sexuality is fine.............

Actually I have some graphics being made for the fuse.

I should have them tomorrow.

I think they will set off the plane along with it's new pilot.

This will all make sense soon...........I hope so anyway.

The guy I bought this from is going to think I'm off the deep end.

Thanks Jeff and Dave!

Once I get covering on I don't ever strip it off. I hate doing it too much to take it off. Looks good I think.

I save every scrap and have stuff from planes I built 15 years ago.

It's cheap compared to you serious guys with cloth and paint.

Thanks for the input and the kudos guys!

Hope to have my fuse graphics tomorrow.

If I like them I'll stay with the direction I'm heading.

Input please.

This is the direction I would somewhat like to go.

The stripes are painters tape, trying to find something this way.

I actually like the blue, but they will probably be (ahem) pink

Dave,

I like the blue too. It gives it a whole new dimension.

No I don't think your going off the deep end, just waiting to see it completed.  It's going to look great.

Today I pulled the Pulsar back on the table after a long year sitting idle.
Since I posted last, I've built a couple new planes and a new shop.
Been a busy year, now back to the Pulsar build.

Dave,

that's one cool looking shop space! Looks like a barnyard attic.

Not to mention the excellent fleet of birds.

Cover on!

Thanks Dave,
I've been working on it a year.

The pics aren't the greatest, still trying to put things together and build at the same time.

Hey Dave,

Lets see your kit stash in the loft.

I love your hobby shop! Much better than my cave. I'm envious of all that space you have there.

Joe

I'll try and come up this week then. I have so many foam wing kits now I'd like to see one done before I attempt one myself.

You need to get cracking on that Pulsar anyway.

I have one sitting in the basement that I bought used. It too was built plenty heavy. I flew it once with a Como (Super Tigre) S61ABC and muffler. It flew fine, but it had a couple problems. The biggest one is that it was SUPER SENSITIVE to the controls. It was so sensitive that I cartwheeled it on landing and trashed the rudder. I think it has CG or incidence problems. I never repaired it, but I hope to get it back in the air later this year.
