(I see to 17mm all over but not so much 12mm to 12mm... Dont wanna get new wheel yet

As I understand your post, you want to make the entire width of the car wider, not make it longer... right? If you want a wider stance, Use Jato arms and axles. I knew a guy that did this and it made his Rustler with a 3.3 way more stable. I dont think it would be that difficult to do, either.
