Also as a testament to Wayne and the Apache, it still survives. At a recent outing to Lebanon/Springfield I took these photos of Wayne doing a few test hops to check blade tracking and balance.

The indy heli 64 is cool, they need to shorten the nose a bit but still a crowd pleaser

I would like the len mount 64D my self! I have stayed with 3D helis until I get a nice shop to build scale helicopters. Its funny seeing as I fly them real world I like other scale helicopters for some reason.
Besides who needs a model when u have the real thing

Deadline Nearing

The June 1st deadline is fast approaching. Pilots and vendors wanting to keep the same place as last year should act quickly to insure they remain where they were in 2011. Anyone in the big tents, free space or rental, must Pre-register online, or download the requirred forms and return before June 1st. All tent rentals must also be in before the deadline to guarantee your 2011 place on the taxiway. After June 1st...It will be first come...first serve. I cannot keep your place as usual if you don't. Last year we lost money on pilots who did not show up after we saved places. In keeping with the organization of the event, it is necessary for me to know where each and every pilot will be on the site prior to your arrival. Thanks to all for your help. Pre-Registration-50.00, On Site registration-60.00 (must register by June 1st to keep your reserved tent space from last year) Regular Pre-registration deadline June 25th.

Thanks Lewis. I must admit to being a bit confused. I did download the pilot registration form but except for my AMA Number, it is the exact same info from the online pilot registration. Your earlier post stated "Anyone in the big tents whether free space or rental, must download the required forms and return before June 1st. Tent rentals must also be in before the deadline to guarantee your 2011 place on the taxiway." I just want to be sure you need the Pilot Registration again even if it was done online.
