Was wondering if people could post pics of their workshop or room that they build and repair and keep their plane and heli's and such. I am currently building a room and would love to see pics of others' shops. Need some ideas of how to organize mine.

OK here are some photos of mne. Thanks DoubleDD for asking about this. I love being able to "look" into other builders shops to see what I can learn from them.

Not sure what you do for a living but to have what looks to be like a CNC machine in the garage is very impressive!!!

I used to run a HAAS VF2 CNC mill.  It was my favourite machine. Very user friendly.  I just have conventional mills in my shop and a Hardinge chucker lathe. And a Taig lathe in the basement where it is handier (and warmer in the winter.)

Trilabite - Wow!! What a great looking shop!! I wish I had that kind of space in which to build airplanes. BUT, I do also have a motorcycle. It's a very dependable 1999 Yamaha Road Star (50,000 miles) I love it - actually, the weather here in Cincinnati Ohio has been so warm I rode it Tuesday, all day to go see my clients.
I've recently been spending so much time with RC I haven't ridden as much as I used to. I'll have to fix that. Nice photos!

It's nice to see some other guys that also ride. I'm currently on a "02" Kawasaki ZRX. Somebody's machine shop make me very jealous

Thanks guys! Yeah I love my little shop. When I moved into my current space the one variable was a decent sized garage! This really fit the bill. Glad to see so many other bikers on here! I love love love to ride. For me piloting bikes and rc planes go together really nicely. Always been a Ducati fan. I dig the high performance machines in my bikes and my planes. Sounds like you guys have some great rides too! To bad were all so far apart would be nice to get some riding in. Weather's been better here. I live up in Vancouver Canada, about the only place North of the boarder you can ride year round. (more or less)

That's very cool! I looked hard into the VF class machine but decided that I would stick with the TM for now. Very capable machine. I'm a big fan of Haas, excellent quality and service for a very reasonable price. Love my mill and use it all the time. Now if I could just fit a Haas lathe in here. hmmmmm lol .

Very nice Todd. One question though. Do you regret having the carpet on the table? Or is it not an issue?

On the big work table the carpet is just sitting there. When I build I will roll it up but it is nice at times to keep stuff from getting scuffed up.

Thanks Todd
