Kinda weird, but the AE TC5FT I used to own has come right back to me, exactly in the same shape when I gave it away. It's been a while, two years in fact I think, and my buddy said that he just doesn't have the time nor money to get it up and running, so he ultimately gave it back to me.

I have no problem giving this car away again, but I need to look it over first. It's in no a way piece of junk; I have only room for one 4WD TC, and by now, you guys know what I race on the carpet at my local track It's an elegant car, and has a front and rear bullet-proof ball diff pulley system, and was a hoot to drive in my own hands.

I'm going to check out this ride, just to make sure everything's still okay like the day I built it, and then give it away. I have a friend from down under in mind, as long as he can get parts for this model, he will surely appreciate it.

Here's an old video of it, the 1st time I drove it (out of only 5 times). -

Run #2, but traffic got hard (a packed highway going 12mph in this case)

I am seriously thinking about you, Haddi, after I got this ride back.

Back from nowhere -

Compared to the Exotek EX05 R -

Not too shabby, and and I would seriously not bet the bank against that EX05, but it held up quite well bashing in a terrible parking lot surface, something I wouldn't let the Exotek touch at all.

It's up to you, but what I do with my cars with carbon chassis is attach a thin piece of lexan or similar material on the bottom of the chassis to protect it from scratches and scuffs.
