did you lose bind. tx always goes on first , then battery second try rebinding. batt plugged in then with TX off hold trainer, still hold it, turn on tx wait three secs let go trainer

wait ten secs. see if anything moves. if needa binding plugto the rx you need to put that in one time then remove

If rebinding doesn't fix it, then you probably have a bad battery connection or a switch problem.

I'm going to guess that your on the as supplied with the Dx6i 'AR6200' receiver - if so, what are the lights on your receiver doing when you switch the plane on?, no lights, no power, flashing, no bind, solid, power and bound.
Also, any chance you changed models on your TX settings? (like if you had a Sim setup and forgot to switch back to the plane in question - done that myself - nothing works!)

Did you get the manual with the radio? I asume it was a used package. Acting like it is waiting to get a bind, or rebind in this case. Here is the manual if you need it.
Hope this helps.

Hi!
You have to "bind" the transmitter to the receiver...Did you do that first???

My bet would be a bad battery or switch. A cheap multimeter comes in really handy in these situations. You can use an aileron extension to check the voltage getting to your receiver to eliminate that as a cause for your problem. It also comes in handy for making sure you don't have servos binding anywhere in their travel.

You've checked your battery and connections? You've verified that you're getting proper voltage to the receiver? If that's the case then binding is the only other issue I can think of. You didn't say you've tried rebinding, so if you haven't, go ahead and try it. If that doesn't work, maybe you can get with someone who flies Spektrum/JR gear and see if your receiver will bind to another transmitter.

He hears a very slight buzzing which are the servos so there is some kind of juice getting through.. may not be enough for the receiver to work. I;m going to assume its a 4.8 volt battery.. even if he lost a cell there should still be some eratic movement at 3.6 volts which may or may not correspond to stick movments. Losing two cells at once would be strange. Borrow a battery and see if you dont have any sort of meter.. sounds like its a batt issue as others have stated. Nicd / NIMH will go without warning.

Also is it charged.. when mine went dead.. they wouldn't hold a charge beyong 10 minutes. I wonder if the seller knew there was a battery issue and charged it up before the purchase and all was well.. next day the batt was dead or close to it... again since you hear the slight buzzing. .that is your servo(s) clinging to life.

My dx6i did the same thing.. I have since switched to 3 cell lipos and regulator.. can fly all day long.
