Status: offline 		I sent my Aurora 9 in for service and it was received by Hitec on Feb 9 2012 I realized I might have some typo's on the service form so called Hitec to make sure they received it with the proper information. I called them twice and emailed them once but no response. Are they having any problems over there? Only took a day or two for a response when inquiring about sending it in now I can't seem to get a hold of any one.

Hi Where is ALL the Hitec help?
"The Hitec forum in RCU is not the "official" customer service center and we cannot always put it at the top of our "to do" list;
especially on Monday mornings when the phones are typically ringing off the hook. If you need an immediate reply to a question
(Sorry, not on the weekends!) then I suggest you call us we're always happy to help    Mike Mayberry"

A more recent post advised the Service centre was also closed every second Friday,
with extended hours on the others days, over one season.
Please try again tomorrow.
