Has anyone had problems getting product from Easytiger Models. I ordered a wing from them in early July and still haven't gotten it. The owner keeps telling me it will be available in a couple of weeks. He charged my credit card within a few days of ordering the wing and he has been giving me the go around ever since. I am seriously looking into legal avenues dealing with this guy.

I haven't had any problems, but after 8 months ,I think I would imform Curtis ,that he should credit your card and look for another source for a wing or new kit .Most likely he could have gotten you a new kit a lot sooner than just a replacement wing

This seems to be a recurring theme with ETM. I would ask for your money back, and if it doesn't show up within a couple of days, dispute the charge with your credit card company.

Agreed. File a complaint and dispute the charges.
ETM doesnt have the highest scores for customer service. But wait......wont take long for Mr. Schill to show up and say the complete opposite no matter how many people describe the poor lack of service and treatment that place gives to the majority.

Call your credit card company and dispute the charges for non performance. Let them deal with the issue.
