Anyone else noticed the new H9 1/4 scale Tiger Moth. If I knew how to do it I'd link it to this.
It really looks just great!

It does seem to be an alright looking plane but, for that kind of money its going to have to get a whole lot more so. For almost half of the H9 version you could get the plane from troybuilt. They have almost the exact same specs.

I think it looks great and is in a scheme that I want so I've got one on pre-order...we shall see. They got the landing gear to look right on this one. Can't wait to see it in the air.

My 120 Pacific Aero Models Tiger Moth came apart in mid air last year. I sure miss it.
Like the looks of the gear and the color schema on the H9, but I see the Ecomrc Moth is on sale @ 20 % off

Looks good, but the prop rotates in the wrong direction for a tigermoth:-)

We'll just put the engine in backwards.

The Gipsy Major runs counter-clockwise. Too bad there isn't an easy way to get one of our model engines to run counter-clockwise. You would still need a pusher prop though.

Just caught it, you did a little photo-shop the prop:-)

If anybody needs detail photo's of the Tigermoth, I can provide some. I've got a real DH-82C. It's been modified to open cockpit and has the British style cowl.

Picked mine up today from my LHS. Looks really good on a first (brief) inspection. It's next up on the build table....
Have three choices for power. EVO 26 as shown in manual, Eflite Power 160, or OS 120ax 2-cycle. I have the ancillarys for all three.
I'll wait to make the decision unti after I've had the chance to look closely at the airplane. Any suggestions/recommendations?
Thanks
Al

Well it should at least make some noise... The evo looks like a nice compact install especially if you already have the engine.
