Hi nice video thanks for sharing, you might want to try a 7015/3 prop or 7015/2 .

In fact i have noticed that there is not a super prop. For example with my previous setup the x470 3 blade was out of my choices and now it has become my first choice prop

Hi

I enjoyed watching your video and wow what a fabulous place to run your boat!

I much like the Sigma especially when combined with a Zenoah.

The Octura X470 prop for me runs very well on a Stock Zen although with my Lynx mono it does tend to torque the hull heavily.

Cheers
Craig

Graig thanks for the comment. I really had a hard time with the props, made all kinds of tests, 6717/3, 6518/3, 7016/2, x670... and finally i lifted the stinger up a bit and now the x 470/3 looks like the best choice. Before lifting the stinger (vertically to the transom) the engine could not spin the  3 blade x470 (mod zen7)! As for the lake, i am a lucky guy and have two near the place i live! Do you have a Sigma as well? any videos?

I think Dave recomends the 7015/3 prop on that boat with the zen 7,its a great prop.A lot of guys are running it on my Apache 58s with the zen 7 and 30 cc zenoahs too with great results def one of the best both for speed and handling.

It's happening again!! I agree with Mart on this one, best prop I found so far for my Sigma is a 7015/3, pulls hard off the turns and very stable prop, does not upset the boat at all.

Needs to be fairly high up the transom to maintain stability but worth setting the boat up around.

I also have the 7015/3 from Dave it runs well but with my setup it looks like 470/3 works better, however 7015/3 is a very smooth prop..

By reading Mart's and your comment i will give it a try again... I also do have the stinger fairly up the transom but to be honest i haven't tested this setup with 7015/3.

Recently there was a 5 minute review in our national TV channel about rc boating. The intervies are in Greek but i posted the video cause i think it is impressive. There was a rc hexacopter that took panoramic views of the lake and is guided with the help of a GPS, awesome! Feel free to comment.

Nice vid, even a single minute of coverage on national Tv is worth gold.

Nice running Sigma you have there.

Best prop we have ever tested on the Sigma is a 4blade from Peter Duggan

Wow Henk, That is some statement considering I've sold Sigmas into more than 30 different countries. The best prop EVER tested?

See you at the race in Holland next month.

I use 7015/3 on my Sigmas for racing because its a very stable prop with fast acceleration, certainly not the fastest though. ABC 2716-20 from my rigger with some mods would be the fastest I have used but it makes the handling ugly.

Yeah .. yeah ... I edited my statement :-)

Statement is true .. I can back it up , as we are logging all set-up data each run.

@ Ndimo ... I don't know .. I'll ask the owner/driver and let you know OK ?

Can't get away from the fact that the v1 Sigma is a great hull, not run the V2 yet but I am led to believe that it is a good one too.

Yes its a great hull, i always enjoy racing it at the lake.! I expect that V2 will be even better. From the specs i have read looks like its going to  be even more stable and faster.

@ ndimo

As it's a custom prop ... owner does not want to reveal.
