I have an Air Hogs Helix 360 RC helicopter that I received as a gift a while back. After a couple days of use, it got attacked by my dog. The tail rotor was chewed, as well as the small down facing "fin" on the tail and it was pretty violently thrown across the room. 

Afterwards (and since) it will not take off, it will only strafe very quickly across the floor (about an inch in the air) to the right.

I have replaced the tail rotor, and straightened out the "fin" thought it still has some dimples. I cannot see any other damage, but am not familiar with what to look for.

Any help would be great, I would love to fly it again.
