There is also Jim Andrews from Birmingham that has not registered that is tenatively planning on come to race but,... he isnt going to know his work schedule until it gets closer to the date, sorry but thats the best he said he could do for now.
I have already got the time from work approved to be off, I sure hope this event isnt canceled now because I sure want to race !!
Besides....., Skully says I cant fly more than two laps without getting into trouble [>:]. Yeah, he's pretty much right!!

Well i can tell you Dwayne Brown wont be able to make it do to a knee replacement coming up a few days before the race. So you can check him off the list.

If two people show up, we will have enough to race. If they have a plane each.

As of this afternoon, a person can be registered without an email address. You just have to give them an ID and password and they have to have a name.

If I don't get online payments done in the next day or two, Jim will have to go to another method of entry fee collection.

Jim, tell Randy to bring 4 extra gallons for me to use at the November 17 Georgetown Race. That will help a lot.

Thanks,

What are we eating for dinner Friday night Jim? Im willing to bet ol' Skully is wanting to cook me up a good order of roasted and smoked Texas crow!
Just asking,... out in Waco and the surrounding areas, is the wild hogs a problem ? Ive always wanted to go hog hunting just to see what my Ruger .270 would do to one, or a couple of them

I also just found out that Jim Andrews from Birmingham will not be able to make it to the race due to work commitments....bummer!

BBQ Friday night.

There are some wild hogs around here, but you got to go further south for good hog hunting.

I used to go 2 or 3 time a year down near Laredo.  Ain't much sport using a rifle.  Try using a bow or a knife and things can get real interesting.

I appreciate the offer and may just take you up on that. I will see how everything loads up in my Sport Trac and if I have room, I'll try and bring mine. And besides, I'll need room to bring back a trophy with me , LOL !!
Did you guys ever decide on how the end results would be ran, just total points of all the heats to determine the winners or to do an A,B,C type main event after the heats ?
John

John I replied to your request on my phone if you did not receive it I am sorry.

There is about 200 feet of shelter, but that will not be enough for everyone so try to arive early to stake out a spot.

I have two canopys and you are welcome to one of them.

The weather should be great this time of year with highs in the mid 80's light winds and no rain.  (THATS MY STORY AND I AM STICKING TO IT).

One more question Jim, ....well a couple questions actually,... will raffle tickets be available for sale and if so, how much?
Also, did yall ever discuss or decide how the race would be done at the end, doing A,B,C mains and that says who the winner is,.or,.. just say the winner of heats/points at the end of the event?
Just curious is all.
Thanks,
John

I'll bring a couple of extra gallons of 15% Ritches Brew with me in case there is none available on Friday. We should be getting to the field around 2 PM or a little there after.
