Anyone get one yet? A Main still has them in pre-order status. As of now, 3/9/2012, 6:49:43 pm CST, this is going to be the next car I order - but that can change at any time. ;-)

Seriously, would love to hear some feedback, and better yet pics/vids of them!!

They're priced pretty high for what they actually are. The engine they come with is not that great.

Interesting....

I'm definitely intrigued with the GT2, and am researching the "upgrades" to the Race Spec. Seems their biggest selling points are:
1. Chassis
2. KE25 engine (supposedly has more torque and "max speeds" than GXR28SG)
3. New clutch setup
4. New transmission
5. New transmitter
6. Polished pipe

The price difference I've seen is about $100.00. Is it worth the extra hundred bucks? I don't know.

Have you looked at the Ofna DM1?

I've not looked at the OFNA DM1 in detail, but would love to hear any feedback good or bad about it. I am a fan OFNA.

I know it sounds vain, but I don't like the shells that much - but then again, the only shell for the GT2 I like is the McLaren (this is merely a matter of preference). Of course whatever on-road car I get, it will be a shelf queen, Don't get me wrong, I'll run it, but want to keep it in show-room condition, so will probably end up making my own shell (after I learn how). ;-)

I'll definitely take a closer look at the DM1. The initial look at the specs have what I'm looking for (2-speed, 3-clutch, 4wd). Do you recommend the RTR (with the Force .28)?

Thanks!
