I was looking for the same info a month ago and no one replied. I did find some stuff on the net and those engines looking like will make some good power and very serviable. i also found were some were claiming 500 more rpm with a 19x8 than the DLE 30.

I see there is a forum here on RCU but it is all bench running stuff. I want to talk to someone that has had one in the air and wrung it out a bit. There is a BIG difference between bench running and in flight testing.

Here is the link to the other forum.

http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_10796050/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm

Nice videos but.........no in-flight reports.

I really like the centered front intake carb and the rear exhaust. That is what really makes this engine appealing to me and it has the Rcexl ignition. The Rcexl module is a great unit and very versatile for many engines.

Beam mounts too! Less chance of breaking a mounting lug/ear off the backplate.

I think they have an excellent plan. Big rear exhaust fan here too - for compact installations, as well as not having to buy an aftermarket Pitts at additional cost. The other thing they've done right is the single bolt prop adapter? Comparing the weight of this engine to a DLE, it's a little heavier, but when you add the weight for the single bolt adapter to the DLE, it's VERY little difference? Thinking this will likely be my next engine if things don't get sideways too badly for it during this first season...

Considering its designed by the same person that designed the JGA 15G, I think I'd like to see them in the air for about a year to make sure they don't break, and they're still on the market.

We have 3 of GT35 here but only one has just begun to fly.Others still waiting for suitable planes.
All are great at bench for break in.Flying one is great on air too.Still a little rich side mixture for safety and to get familiar of engine.
I will try to have videos of flight of friend but weather is the master now here.
This is maiden flight of it but not a good shoot at all.It was also plane's maiden and during that flight plane has lost one elevator half pushrod link and fly and landing was with one half elevator. Also one of wheel hat was getting awkward position and though landing was great.
That plane has got another full flight day with great joy.

Sir, NGH is a glow-style gas engine with front-carb, so please notice pipeline installation Avoiding high temperature area of the engine like cylinder-head and exhaust and crankcase etc..

This is interesting:

Agape Hobby LLC has them for sale here on RCU for $309.00 pplus $4.99 shipping ($313.99)

"Uncle George" on RC Groups has same engine for $215.00 plus $14.00 shipping ($229.00)

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm......something smells fishy in Denmark!!

Both are offering full warranty and USA service.

Hi Gonzalez I think best criterion is HiModel prices. They have the most advantegous "serious" prices on this hobby.
http://www.himodel.com/sort.php?brand=228
They purchase bigger batches and pricing policy accordingly.

I got one in a CMP BF109 72in wing span.

I needed a 30cc size motor that had rail mounts.

It has been better than I exspect thus far. I have ran a gall on the stand and seems to be about 4-500 rpms over a DLE30 on stock factory break in settings.

First flight thow she was in a Old CMP P40 that the wing came off when I when inverted to check the CG and bent the shaft just a little. I emailed them and was able to get a new shaft for around $30 shipped.

Now in my BF109 I have just now started to lean her out a little from factory setting to finish breaking her in. ( I like a slow break in)

If the wind dies down I should get a few more flight in this month and will tune her for more power.

Turk1 tells you how to starte it by hand, but I just hit it with my little electric starter and before I can blink she is running.
