This new motor/muffler looks great!

I may buy one just to mount in a display case on the wall.

I'll bet it's quiet as a mouse.

What engine does that come with? Or is it an option? Anyone have a link? It looks like the stinger can be reversed for inverted mounting. Cool.

Thanks,

Ernie Misner

It's an optional muffler for the 65AX. Ought to fit most .60 size engines.

Think it's a sign of things to come for the other sizes? Looks like it would fit nicely in cowls huh.

Just as the world is moving away from glow the market leader does something it should have done decades ago:
A Pitts(ish) style muffler.
Hummm....Lets see... yeap, that should prove popular.

Well, it certainly took them long enough to work that one out ;-)
I just hope for the sustainability of their glow department, it's EVIL quiet.

It is almost as big as the engine itself and it looks heavy, maybe it`s not. I would like to know the weight though

Great idea , however pitts/bisson type quite a bit smaller and like the stacks on the pitts martin

they could have a 60 ish gas engine in the works that would be the muffler

It's made for in cowl use.  So why does looks matter?  My problem with in cowl mufflers is not looks, but that they are sooo loud.  But happy that you like it!

Yeah I don't know why they shy away from baffles on the Pitts mufflers.
