I live at 3540 feet above sea level and am running 20% nitro in my "X".
Should i be able to pop wheelies?
I have some 25% but i have not opened it.

I live at 5300 ft and my X SS with a K4.6 and stock slipper setting will wheelie all day long. Maybe tune it better like TBJ said.

I have tuned it as lean as it will go without ruining it.
Still no wheelies
and i am using 25%

Did you tune both the high and low speed needles? Is it a brand new truck, or did you buy it used? Have you had it for sometime? What type of engine do you have? I know out send like alot of questions but out will help in getting a better understanding of what is going on.

Yes i tuned both needles. i bought it new about a year ago. rebuilt the engine. about 1 and a half gallons of fuel through it. it has the F4.6.

I would say try and lean the LSN (low speed needle ) first. Also I remember when I had huge tires on mines the weight of the tires kinda killed the wheelies.

You don't want to go as "lean as you can without ruining it". Tune for performance, not "how lean it is". Watch some tutorials on YouTube.

Then it's tuned wrong. Watch some YouTube videos, seriously. Don't fault the truck for your shortcomings.
