My greatest question is.......
Will it have a 3-piece wing, like the Giant Corsair???? It is a wonderfull thing if they could do so....

It isn't listed in the description, so I was wondering if it was up for debate at topflite or just forgot to add the
info on the webpage...??

I could see this if it were a Giant TA152 but for this Anton at only 85", I doubt it. The corsair has a very unique wing (not straight) which justifies a three piece wing. If TF did do a 3 piece wing on their FW, it would be a first. I've built many Fw190's and have yet to see a three piece wing for an Anton (I have't built them all just most of them). Even my Meister scale Dora has a two piece wing at 103inches.

Love the plane, but still crossing my fingers that a kit will be available in the near future! I'll be holding my dollars, kroner, or whatever until it is. Will though add to cart as soon as I see it.

So, all you fellow glue sniffers: let's all keep shouting out for a kit.

Personally, If I were going to put a kit together.. It wouldn't be this FW190. There are too many more accurate kit designers of a FW190A out there but you'll pay for that accuracy.

I'm only getting one because it saves me from having to build, I can slap it together in a few months and go fly, fully knowing that I can get another instantly if I dumb thumb it...and it's an Anton.

Ram with your skill you could mold every piece you need to get that scale look Keep an EYE on Farmer cause when he gets this bird the parts will all be molded and available for purchase to really scale this plane our. Gun hood is one part hes going to make and other pieces as well which I dont have the knowledge to mention, but he will be making a kit to upgrade this model with. I cant wait for this thing to come in

WE are not able to comment on what we will or will not be pursuing in the future. The FW 190 marks a happy departure from our mormal American only fare. If you wish to see more of the same, vote with your dollars (pounds and Euros welcome) and I am sure our product planners will notice.

DJ

cocobear you are going to have to give us a name and address to send the contributions and suggestions before we can actually make any impact

Definitely want the 3 blade spinner...with the advent of the DA60 a 22X12 three blade is no problem to spin with authority...I had to go to Dave Brown to get the 3 blade for my TF P-40 and the quality is not as good as the 2 Blade provided with the kit, so TF would do us a great service by adding a 3 Blade spinner to the list of available options...they would sell out.

Just did a search for this, didn't come across much info. Sounds very interesting though. Been wanting a radial Saito but didn't want the glow mess.

Thanks N8. I now have two on order. One will be gass and the other electric. I hope Farmer plans to make a blown canopy for this . I have several from Holman which I'm interested in seeing the fit.

Too wide for the cowl I would imagine...wouldn't have the power of the single either

Got some new info to share ... Talked to TF about the cowl. They had no tech info on the cowl measurement but the rep did know that the DLE55 head will fit entirely in side the cowl but the plug cap protrudes. The measurement of the prop shaft to the top of the head is 123mm so the cowl diameter should be at least 246mm which is over 9 1/2"

I wonder which DLE55 the TF Rep is referring to, he may be referring to the older style DLE55; the new Rear Exhaust Style DLE55 has the plug angled towards the rear as well, and the new style DLE55 including Spark Plug Cap/Boot, may fit completely inside the cowl.

I've got a well broken in DA-50 that had a tuned pipe,I'll have to find a wrap around muffler somewhere..Bisson or DA I guess.
See the easy access fiberglass hatch/gunhood on the latest pics?Looks like 2 locking tabs on the front and two earth magnets on the rear.Pretty slick, although I might be concerned about vibration from a 2 stroke gasser..could also bolt it down I suppose.
