Status: offline 		The Patuxent Aeromodelers cordially invites everyone to attend our Inaugural Heli Gathering located at Helwig Field which is part of beautiful Greenwell State Park in Hollywood, MD. Club/Field info and directions are on the club website.

$10 Landing fee
$5 Lunch
At least 4 flight stations and a hover area
All levels of pilots welcomed.

Unfortunately the State Park will not allow camping but we have worked hotel deals and I posted more info below.

But don't let no camping keep you from attending. Bring the family and enjoy great flying and friends in Southern Maryland. The field is close to Naval Air Station Patuxent River which has a great Naval Air Museum with a ton of History and Heritage. Solomons Island is about 15 minutes away and we are also about an hour drive from DC.

I will edit this post as more info is available or with any changes.
