You have fired me up with that awesome maiden flight, It has been a dream of mine for more years than i am willing to admit. would love to see those wings swing back.

I have a scratch built version I had to mothball due to other commitments and it's gathering dust. I need to put myself in high gear. congrats from Manor, A.R.C.A.

many more flights to you.

Thank you!

I don't think I have a snowballs chance of ever finishing my 14 because I am overwhelmed by other matters but one never knows, happy flying to you all.

On my FEJ F14 i did split the rear flap at 70 ail 30 % flap, she used to land beautifully with flap deployed I ran through this with Lowell, my F14 saw over 77 flights before it went back to Germany, I really miss it , mind you I used less fuel without it last year.LOL.

When the wings are back the rates are cut by about 40% and expo from 40 to 55% just keep it smooth, I once had to land with wings in swept position,( diode burnt out on return motor wire) but it was just like a big delta but keep speed up and fly it in as the elev goes soft on my second pass I turned rates on elev back up and no bother, it is in roll she becomes very sensitive.
Nice to see another one flying. They do fly very nice.

you will enjoy this build, it is really straight forward.  it took a little bit to figure where to put all he stuff for the turbine, but once u figure that out its pretty simple.  my jet balanced out great with no wieghts needed.

No sorry I do not have video, but it is nothing to worry about, I know when the wings stuck back I was a little worried myself, but you get to the point where, you just carnt leave it up there, it has to be landed , tehee.

Rudder is fixed thanks to Binson. I believe he hysol the pivot tube inside the rudder.  Unfortunately the weather in Houston is bad and can't fly  .

I few guys have pm about setting and some info on the f-14, give me a call anytime or send me an email.

The travel rates are per FEJ.
Flaps 30mm takeoff and landing
CG is at the front aluminum bar

nothing extra to balance the jet.  the batteries are to the front nose of the jet.

The thread inside the rudder was strip so set screw could not tighten down on shaft.
