Status: offline 		noobie needs help!!! i'am builiding my first edf power system is an 8s with castle creation ice 100.it has 10 micr servo's the question is do i need an external bec?? thanks guys

No, you don't need an external BEC, I've got the same ESC in my F-100 and it's 8s.
