Hello,

still no kits for this vintage plane?

Is there any company who have plans to build it as a kit?

Yeah, it is a cool looking jet that has somehow been over looked, although perhaps the bandit and ultra flash took some styling cues from it........

Agree 100%, this is an absolutely gorgeous plane. It was love at first sight when I saw the one in Blue Angels livery at the museum in Long Island!

I suspect that one reason it has not been tackled is the landing gear .. it's quite narrow-track, and appears to have a very complex retracting method. I'd love to see any info on plans or kits, or ...

Interesting plane, that looks very like the Mirage F1. If the Mirage can be modelled than so could the F-11

I see from Wikipedia that this plane was the first plane to shoot itself down with its own guns!

The first time I ever saw the Blue Angels perform, they were flying these. Didn't someone market a DF version of it many years ago?

There is a scratch project for a 90mm edf (NICELY DONE!) over at: www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1376442
Got the lancing gear down pat and looks really nice.
Don't know if he plans on selling plans or not, but worth a look.

I'm sure Likai of Skymasterjet would make it with no problems!

Even the F-104 has a complex type of gear:

It seems to me that the F-11 main gear retract similarly to the F-16 and we all know there is no shortage of F-16 models.
