Hi
I have 1600 mah 6v RX battery in my Raptor 50 and want to increase my flying time by going to a 2000 mah 6v battery. I'm running a 401 gyro and it has a voltage ragulator, will the higher mah hurt the gyro or ragulator?
Also I'm looking for a new RX & TX charger for Nimh batteries. I'm using a Hangar 9 Double Vision charger now, but I want something with a quicker charge time and that won't break the bank. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks.

No, you're still at 6v and that's the important part. On my 50 I have a Li-ion 2400, on my 600 I have Li-ion 5200 and LiPo 5200 on my 700, all regulated before the rx.

I use this charger for my LiPo's and it seems to work well. It also does Nimh batteries.

I see that Hobby King have the same charger with 110V/240V power supply as well as the 12V field. Is this setup any good?
Goggles I see your from BC Canada, what kind of shipping and duties did you pay when ordering from Hobby King? I've looked at they're site many times but have wondered if the shipping and duties would make the prices more than the local hobby store.

I have my stuff sent to a package place just across the border and when stuff arrives they email me. But then again, I'm 5 minutes to the border. Then I just pay regular taxes on entry back into Canada. Shipping does get expensive from China though, so if your looking to buy 1 thing I'd say buy it local.

BTW, Hobby King has a US warehouse and I mostly buy batteries from them. Shipping is cheaper and I get them in about 3 days.
