Status: offline 		 hello everybody I'm installing a dynam 4 ch 2.4 radio i have. it has a saftey switch for the gas so i was think i would use that for the winch flip the switch and winch would work flip it again and winch would be off or so i thought. well once i flip the switch to turn it off the winch starts running by itself. I tryed pushing the button on the control unit winch stops for a few sec and starts running again. any help with the would be great thanks

Status: offline 		3rd ch on one of the sticks.... Just doubble checking u are using a 4ch plane controller?

Status: offline 		oh lol yes and thats what I'm doing I wanted to use the gas channel beacuse i was think the safety switch to that channel killed the channel but it dosn't it puts the winch in rev. sonow i ask is there a way to add a toggle to a channel to kill it? i don't want bump a stickor even trem and run the winch. did that the other day and line snapped and lost my hook. luckly a kid behind me found it and returned it to me.

Status: offline 		Well in theory u could change that switch to a 3 position switch. With the middle position does nothing.

Would need to see the back of the switch And providing its a 3 wire 2 position switch, just wire up a 3 posi. Switch exactly the same as the 2 posi.

Status: offline 		its only has 2 wires going from the toggle to one of the boards in the radio.

Status: offline 		The 3rd wire needed I'm assuming is on that button.....
If the button stops the winch in both directions... Bung a switch on that

Status: offline 		ok the saftey toggle only stops the motor from running to get the motor to run i have to switch the toggle then switch it back then the motor will run when trying it with the winch it tells the winch to go in rev then i fill the switch and i control the winch with the left stick. so the toggle is no help to me. i want to add a new toggle to a channel but not sure how.
