    Status: offline     		i have an  dumas miller american  with a 67 ops in it  , i cant seam to get the  engine to run above half throttle,   it is the red head  ops   with all the extras, porp is a 3 blade, and i live in maine where the  pond water temp is  43 degreees,  any one have a clue on where to start with  the throttle problem??
