Does anyone know what kind of valve this is? A friend is doing a refurbish. Would also like to know if it can handle a123 batteries.

those are festo valves, think they where sold by graupner

If the valve is as photo below it is Graupner part No 5171 supply voltage 3.3 - 7.0 volts
