Just wanted to remind everyone that our next battle event is coming up soon, May 6, 2012. Starting about 10am till 3pm.

This event will be a work and battle day. As you know, we haven't been at our battlefield in Monaville for the past 2 months because of events at other locations. So our battlefield needs some TLC. Please bring your work tools, flamethrower or anything else that will kill weeds. Lol

Don’t forget everyone, if you’re new to 1/16 scale IR tank battling, this is a great opportunity to learn more about this great hobby, have some fun and make some new friends. We utilize the Tamiya Battle System or any System that is Tamiya Compatible is welcomed. Even if you don’t have a tank, please come join us anyway.

Location: Bomber Field in Monaville, Texas.
Directions to Bomber Field can be found here: www.bomberfieldusa.com/dir.htm
Texas Armor Association Website: www.texasarmor.com

Hope to see you all there!

Hi Gene, Mike, Tomas, Erin and the rest of the guys in TX....

I would love to come to Moanaville again. For those of you who have never been ther it is a great event loaded with RC tank & plane actions like no other evetn I've even been to. A few of us were talking about big battle weekend in September last weekend. Perhaps we can get another group trip coordinated for this fall. Can you guarantee cooler weather and lower humidity this year.... I'm dying to return to the Thirty Parrot.

Hi Bob, I will pray to the weather gods for cooler weather for you. Hopefully you can make it out this year, that would be great. By the way, the Thirsty Parrot has been calling out your name! Lol

For those that don’t know what the Thirsty Parrot is, it’s a restraint and bar right down the road from our battlefield. They make awesome food and is a nice way to finish off a day of battling.
