Jesper1979 -> Need Help Quick - Going out to fly with my nephew (4/27/2012 8:40 PM)

I promised him togo flying today, and I have messed up. He now has a StarMax Cessna 182 141EPO, and I have played with the ESC to a point where it has lost some power, don't know what I have done, maybe changed the throttle range. But I can't find a program guide to how to setup the ESC. It is a http://www2.ripmax.net/Item.aspx?ItemID=P-STAESC25&Category=Z1260

Anyone got some information to how I program this ESC?

I would be very happy for a quick answer, we have waited for a day without wind since I bought him the plane :) hahaha

Apparently these are some instructions as e-mailed to some guy direct from Starmax... looks as if it the same as a Suppo.

But I can't tell whether this is specific for the 25A ESC.

Here is one for a Suppo 20A... maybe the same for all the various clones: http://www.altitudehobbies.com/Peak_10A-40A_Manual.pdf

The last one was the correct one! Thank you so much! It startet raining yesterday, but today it sunny and no wind, so we will give another try.

With the brake on the motor starts to spinn at 45% throttle, but without the brake on it starts to spinn as soon as i move the throttle stick.
Why it's so, I dont know, but now it works again :) Thank you!

I understand the vagaries of Scandinavian weather... our daughter is having a "semester abroad" in Denmark (Copenhagen) and is not enjoying riding her bicycle to classes in wind and rain and 10C, while we here in Tennessee are complaining of temperatures of over 30C... and it is only April...what will July-August be like here!
