The other day there was a web site given for rotary actuators,. I thought I put it in my favorites, but alas I can not find it. It was a kit that came with an aluminum block for mounting at the control surface. Help finding it again would greatly be appreciated!

Try a google search on RDS Alerions.  There will be enough info to keep you busy for a month or so.  It is a really neat setup.  I first saw it on a diskus launch glider.  I understand that it has been used ins ome large models as well as the smaller ones.
