Dan,
This is what I have come up with for the tail wire connection. With a pic of the full scale for comparison. What do you think?

The tail is done. The three top stringer's are on. When dry I will do some sanding and add the tail wire's.

Looking awesome Robert!  Especially those tail brace wires!  That was a really good idea to put that nut on the end of the coupler.  Looks real scale like.

With a couple of good hot cups of coffee I had a great time "catching up" on your new build. Very nice work.  Keep it up.  What will power this beast?

Tail wire's are on. Need's some clean up. That will come with sanding.
The bolt's are not bolt's, did not want to wait for a order. So I made them with 2-56 threaded rod and soldered nut's on.

Thank's everyone.
Here's the throttle, choke, fuel tank, and linkage installed. The Throttle/Battery tray is removable. Getting closer.

Slowly but shurely. In the process of sanding the tail feather's something I feared came to be. The simple but joint's were not going to get it. So I went and added some braceing. Well back to sanding.

I really like the plug-n-play idea Robert, may have to steal it from you on my next build...

Thank's Dan and VJ. VJ, you can't steal what is given. Beside's I got the idea from a soar plane I assembled for a club member a couple year's ago. So help yourself. Now that I have finally did it I will use it a lot. Much simpler than I had imagined.
