Status: offline 		The pleasure is all mine Skull 1971,  and to answer your question Dave, Yes,  I found the vent valve which had been previously installed was not holding a seal to the ballast tank when set for surface operations at the time the video was taken.  I've since replaced that valve with a new and improved vent valve, so the free board trim level should  hopefully be higher now.  In addition,  I've also stuffed a bit more foam into the forward sections of the boat in hopes of bringing up the bow a tad more .

  On going adjustments are being made to attain a scale like surface trim, but have not had an opportunity to check her at the pond as yet. Hopefully soon.

Here is another video though showing the freeboard surface trim, while still not perfect though.
