I've got an emaxx thats pretty much all alum except the chassie. As of right now i need a new esc/motor combo and tires.

Considering these set ups and looking for some feedback

Hobbywing XERUN power systems wih XERUN 150a esc 4274-2000kv motor $219

Hobbywing C-Xerun 150a esc $101.50
Tacon Brushless motor lbp4074/2Y-2150KV $59.99
Hobbywing programmer $17.50
if ordered now total is $169.10

Turnigy power system 2000kv/150a esc w/programmer $149.99

and of course traxxas powerup for $250.00

What is going to be the best bet for decent power? I drive my cars about once to twice a month for fun though the yard and dirt roads. I'm wanting to get speeds like a tmaxx or stock brushless revo on straight aways.

For the tires i'm wanting trencher x tires and not sure on the wheels. What are some recommendaions and prices? If you know of any sales im intrested too haha. Thanks guys.

Does it have good speed compared to a 3.3 tmaxx or a brushless erevo?

Do you know what the difference between the XERUN and the C-XERUN?

I have it in my E-revo. My gearing is 19/52 and if i was to guess it will do around 40 mph on 4s. But it does a standing backflip on 4s with that gearing!!!

And the dif between the C-Xerun and the Xerun is Nothing. its them same thing. Cause i bought the esc and motor seperate and that's what i bought was that C-Xerun ESC

The tire of Revo 3.3 would be better, both on the dirty road and the asphalt road
But I just know the price in my country, it's about USD80, kind of expensive

Go ahead and get the programmer.  Being able to tweak the settings and upgrade firmware is worth the extra $20.

Since posting this I have gotten the programming card, didn't change the settings cuz im unsure of what to change. I also got 2 5000mah gens ace 40c 2s lipos and did my test run. I was very happy about the performance.

I broke the rear rod that holds the rear tire straight so I need upgrade suggestions. Also need a charger that does 2 at once cuz it was around 2 1/2 hours to charge these.

The rod as in these??? www.ebay.com/itm/TRAXXAS-4907-3-3-T-MAXX-Steering-Toe-Links-Turnbuckles-Tie-Rod-16-8-3903-E-Maxx-/120869174972
And for the charger you might want to just buy another cheaper charger like this www.hobbypartz.com/thac6smbachw.html

Settings to tweak with the programming card:

Adjust punch control, 40-60%.  This will take some of the strain off the driveline during hard acceleration.

Adjust the LiPo cutoff to 3.4v per cell.  It will improve the long term health and lifespan of your LiPos, without reducing your run times by a noticeable amount.

Adjust the brake force to 25% or 50%.  You won't do an endo every time you hit the brakes.

If you have the budget, a Powerlab PL6 with a parallel board is the way to go for a charger.  You'll need an external power supply for it, but that setup with a good PSU will charge two batteries in 30 minutes or less.
